Choose your Award track

Select one or more Experience Excellence tracks you want to enter. Each track runs its own Standard 12 categories and produces its own Organisation of the Year.

Your organisation

Used exclusively for assessment, adjudication, and recognition. We do not share entrant details publicly without consent.

Executive sponsor & contact

Your primary contact must hold sufficient authority to commission the Assessment and represent the organisation at every stage — typically the CEO, Chief Experience Officer, CHRO, Chief Digital Officer, or Medical Director.

Personal email addresses (gmail, outlook, yahoo etc.) will delay verification.

Your Assessment pathway

There is only one way onto the Awards stage — through an ICXI Assessment. Tell us where you are in the pathway today.

Eligibility rules. A Structured rating qualifies you to enter Local/Regional Awards. A Proactive rating in one or more pillars qualifies you to enter the Global Finals in those categories. Aware and Reactive organisations are welcome to begin the Assessment pathway today.

Every track runs the Standard 12 categories — two Overall awards and ten pillar-based category awards. Pick the region you will enter in, and the categories you want to be considered for.
